Trigger monitors when a new form is added
With this trigger you will retrieve the details of the newly added form. In the scenario where a new form is added then the details are returned.
In this scenario choose Trigger event and the name is New Form and then choose the account that you want to use to make the request then move on to the next step.
This page will display the 3 recent records as per Zapier settings. Then you can use the returned data.
