Donations (Sales Receipt)

A way to track your donations.

The sales receipt in QuickBooks is mapped to the donations in HelpYouSponsor.

Here there some requirements needed for the synchronisaton to take place. The recipient and the donors for a certain sponsorship should both exist in the QuickBooks. If not then there will not be any synchronisation.

When a donation is made, there will be a sales receipt created on the Customer's profile in QuickBooks containing the amount for the donation and the Service on which the donation is made for.

Now this can also work the other way, you create Sales Receipt in QuickBooks. It will also reflect as a donation in the donors profile in HelpYouSponsor
