Connect to HelpYouSponsor

Describes how to connect your QuickBooks company to HelpYouSponsor app.

When you have a Company registered in QuickBooks, in order to connect HelpYouSponsor account to your Company.

In HelpYouSponsor, go over to the Integrations Tab in the Account settings

Then move over to the Integrations tab

QuickBooks

Click the 'SIgn in to QuickBooks' and you'll be taken onto a process to choose the Company name that you want to connect your HelpYouSponsor account.

Once you have signed in, then the toggle will show that you have signed in

When you choose to authorize with QuickBooks, you also need to select the donor form that you want to use. This will be the form on which the details coming from QuickBooks will be filled into.
