Recipients Table

The recipients table provides a comprehensive view of all beneficiaries in your sponsorship program. This interface allows you to manage, track, and organise recipient information efficiently while monitoring their sponsorship status.

To navigate to the "Recipients Table" click on "Programs" on the main menu and click "View Recipients" on one of the listed programs.

The recipients page includes several features for managing recipients data.

Recipient Statistical Cards

These recipient statistical cards show the following summaries about the recipients in a program.

  • Number of all recipients in a program.

  • Number of available recipients for sponsorship.

  • Number of sponsored recipients.

  • Number of unsponsored recipients.

  • Number of archived recipients.

Recipients table tools

These are the functions you can execute on the recipients table data.

  1. Add Recipient

    Click the "Add Recipient" button to add a new recipient to a program. More details about adding a recipient click here.

  2. Views

    Views are used to rearrange the columns in the recipients table. This helps you to select the columns you wish the table to show. To change the shown columns in the recipients table, click the "Views" button. This will open up a drawer for you to create a view and show you the fields from the recipient form for you to choose the ones you wish to view. After selecting your preferred fields, give the view a name and click submit. After submitting, the table will update and show the selected fields.

    After updating the columns, the view is saved in the "Saved Views" tab. To use this view again simply click in the eye icon in to update the table columns.

  3. Filter

    The filter button filters the table to recipients in the table based on which category you chose.

  4. Export

    The export button allows you to export or download the recipients data shown in the table into a CSV file

  5. Columns

    Columns works similar to Views. From the dropdown select the columns you want to view and click apply.

  6. Status report The status report gives a graphical representation about data of a field in a particular year.

  7. Program filter

    The program filter lists all the sponsorship program you have in your account.

    Use this filter the table to show the recipients from a specific sponsorship program.

  8. Search by Search by helps you search for recipients in the recipients table based on a column

    After selecting a column here, the searches you will make from the search bar will search from the selected column.

  9. Search recipients

    Use the search input to search for recipients in the recipients table.

  10. Advanced Search

    Advanced search works more like the search function but adds more specificity to the search

    Here you choose the field you want to search by and what the comparison should be for example "is equal to" and finally the value or text you want to search.

The recipients table shows you a summary of the details of the recipients in your organization.

The recipients table has an action column with one icon. This icon open up a drawer to view the recipients details.

From this drawer you can perform actions like;

  • Editing a recipient's data.

  • Moving a recipient to another compatible program.

  • Archiving or restoring a recipient.

  • Adding files to the recipient's profile.

The recipients table has checkboxes on the left that reveal hidden functions you can perform on the recipients. You can select all the displayed recipients by checking the checkbox in the column headers row or you can select particular donors by checking their individual checkboxes.

Clicking these checkboxes will reveal the following buttons;

  • Bulk Edit

    With bulk edit, you can edit multiple fields for multiple recipients in one go.

  • Move

    With move, you can move multiple recipients to another compatible program.

  • Archive.

    You can archive multiple recipients with this button.

To view the archived recipients simply click the Archived Recipients card and when you click the checkboxes while viewing the archived recipients, you will see the hidden functions for restoring the archived recipients or deleting them.
