Mapping fields from HYS to QuickBooks fields

HelpYouSponsor integrates with QuickBooks which provides an ability to create, update both donors and recipients in HelpYouSponsor and the changes appear in QuickBooks.
HelpYouSponsor supports mapping of certain customer fields in QuickBooks with any of your donor form fields that you might have chosen to map. Only the mapped fields would be able to be impacted. If you have no mapped fields, then HelpYouSponsor will opt to only store the donor's email address and title fields. This can be overwritten incase you want to map your way.
Choose the donor form that you want to sync with QuickBooks and there after you can choose the respective fields.
Following the similar procedure as mapping for the donor fields, we choose the program that you want to sync with QuickBooks, and then you will be able to choose the QuickBook item fields to map.
Incase you don't choose fields to map, then we will only store the title field of the recipient.
When editing, keep in mind that edits will only apply to items or customers that were created after integration and not before the integration was setup with HelpYouSponsor, Although you can create customers, services/products from QuickBooks and they will appear in HelpYouSponsor with the reverse working as well from HelpYouSponsor to QuickBooks.
