The Customer Item in QuickBooks is equivalent to the Donors feature in HelpYouSponsor.
This means that when you have created a new donor in HelpYouSponsor, it will create a new Customer in QuickBooks.
A similar scenario, when you create a Customer in QuickBooks it will also create a new donor inside the account in HelpYouSponsor.
Note: Only the username and email address from either the created Customer in QuickBooks or Donor in HelpYouSponsor will be added during the creation. This also depends on whether you attached the donor form in the QuickBooks Integration.
