QuickBooks Integration
This is a description of how to connect your QuickBooks account to HelpYouSponsor
QuickBooks in a well known accounting tool. And therefore we would like to have your donations tracked in the tool so that your able to track your revenue from an external tool without having to leave QuickBooks.
In this integration we support 2 way synchronizing of data. That is to say when a new record is added in HelpYouSponsor, it will show up in QuickBooks and then also when a new record or item is created in QuickBooks then it can reflect.
In this integration, we only support 3 features from QuickBooks;
Customers: Sync your customer data seamlessly between HelpYouSponsor and QuickBooks.
Service: Manage and synchronize your service items for consistent record-keeping.
Sale Receipt: Track sales receipts effortlessly to maintain accurate financial records.
Data Mapping
In the integration between QuickBooks and HelpYouSponsor, the following mappings are established:
Customers: Maps to Donors in HelpYouSponsor.
Service: Maps to Recipients.
Sale Receipt: Maps to Donations.
This mapping ensures that the corresponding data types are synchronized accurately between both platforms, facilitating seamless data management.
