For example, we've adjusted the replay session sample rate - the process tracking how users interact with our app - down to 10%. This means we take a closer look at 1 out of every 10 user sessions to improve the user experience more effectively. Plus, we've set the replays on error sample rate to 100%, ensuring we review every single instance where our users run into any issues. This change is meant to help us be more attentive to the needs of every single user without exception. 😊

• A minor text matching fix 🔎 We've improved the way we identify specific phrases within user activity logs and donation records. The change simply shifts our detection from the phrase "Failed" (with a capital 'F') to "failed" (with a lowercase 'f'). It's a small change, but extremely necessary – it makes our processes more accurate and forgiving of varying text inputs. 😃
