Account Settings

This is where you will find you account details, email settings, template settings, billing information and integrations.

Account tab

This is where you can view and update your account information.

  • Organization name: This is your non profit's name.

  • Email: This your non-profit's email address or you prefered email.

  • Website: This is the non-profit's website url.

  • Logo: This is the logo that appears on the donors login page. This field takes in the image url.

Email settings tab

This is where you set up the email from which the non-profits emails are sent and the name that will appear on the sent out emails.

Edit template tab

This is where you can cutomize the look of you website and how you would want it to appear to your donors. This should be done by an experienced developer with good programming knowledge.

Billing tab

This is where you can update the credit card used to pay for HelpYouSponsor services. From here you can also view how much you are paying per month, your credit if you have any and your billing history.

Integrations tab

This is where you find different integrations that enhance your experience with HelpYouSponsor. You can activate and deactivate any of them anytime you feel ready to use or discontinue the use of any of the provided integrations. The provided integrations are;

  • Box

  • Mailchimp

  • Mailgun

  • Zapier
