Add Progress Report Data
Adding data onto your progress report.
Now choose an entity from the programs available in your account. You'll see a reports button on the drawer.
The Report Option will only appear when you have attached a progress report form onto a program
Then you choose from the list of report options once you click the report button
You will be redirected to a page where you'll be able to see a list of reports added and also add new ones
Then you can click the button to add new records, these fields depend on what you added onto the form.
When you save the report data, you'll be able to view the data
When you click an item on the list, a model will appear where you'll be able to view the data and as well edit it.
