Add Progress Report
To add a progress report, first you have to create a form in the program options page and add fields to it.
When creating Progress report form, choose type of Progress Report
so that its the right one being created.
Then after that you'll have to add fields onto the form, these fields will have to be in accordance to what you want to keep track of.
Next you'll have to attach the project report onto your programs. Either for donor or for entity
