Trips Table

The Trips table is the starting point for the Trips platform. It shows every trip in your account, highlights fundraising progress, and gives you quick access to creation, cloning, archiving, and cleanup actions.

Accessing the Trips Table

Open Trips from the main app navigation.

What you can do from this page

  • Create a new trip with Create Trip.

  • Seed a safe demo trip with Create Sample Trip.

  • Search trips by name or destination.

  • Filter trips by status.

  • Open an existing trip.

  • Clone, archive, restore, or delete trips from the row actions.

Table columns

The Trips table includes:

  • Name: The trip name, destination, and a Sample badge when the trip was created from the sample blueprint.

  • Dates: Start and end dates when both dates are set.

  • Goal: The overall fundraising goal.

  • Raised: The total raised across participant designations and the trip fund.

  • Progress: A progress bar based on the trip goal.

  • Participants: Active participant count.

  • Status: Draft, Active, Completed, Archived, or Cancelled.

  • Actions: View, Clone, Archive or Restore, and Delete.

Search and filtering

Use the search bar to find trips by name or destination. Use the status filter to narrow the list to a specific lifecycle state.

Available status filters:

  • All Statuses

  • Draft

  • Active

  • Completed

  • Archived

  • Cancelled

Create Sample Trip

Create Sample Trip builds an internal demo trip so your team can explore the module quickly.

The sample trip includes seeded demo data such as:

  • Trip details and fundraising goal

  • Demo participants

  • Budget items

  • Milestones

  • Tasks and sample completions

  • Draft communication history

It does not send invitations, outbound messages, e-signature requests, background checks, or uploaded documents.

Sample trips are marked with a Sample badge in the Trips table and in Trip Details.

Trips Launchpad

If your account has no trips yet and you are not using filters, the page shows a Trips Launchpad instead of an empty table. This launchpad explains the main parts of the Trips platform and gives you direct access to Create Trip and Create Sample Trip.

Row actions

Each trip row includes:

  • View: Opens the Trip Details page.

  • Clone: Opens the trip cloning dialog.

  • Archive: Hides the trip from active work without deleting it.

  • Restore: Reopens an archived trip.

  • Delete: Permanently removes the trip after confirmation.
