Create and Edit Programs.
This guide will take you through the process of creating and editing programs, including the creation and management of subprograms. It will help you learn how to navigate the application and execute essential tasks.
1. Click "Program Options"
Click on "Program Options"
2. Click "Create a program"
Navigate to "Create a program"
3. Please complete the necessary fields to create a program.
Once the required fields are successfully filled out, press the 'Save' button to create the program.
4. Click "Discard"
To close the 'Create Program' drawer, press the 'Discard' button.
5. Click "Create a subprogram"
If you need to establish a program under a primary program, the 'Create Sub Program' function will allow you to do so.
6. Please complete the two fields required to establish a sub-program.
A dropdown menu will appear, allowing you to select a parent program.
7. Click "Manage Program"
To edit a program, press the 'Manage Program' button.
8. Click "Edit Program"
Navigate to "Edit Program"
9. Click "Manage Sub Program"
If you intend to modify a sub-program, select the 'Manage Sub Program' option.
10. Click "Edit Subprogram"
Click on the "Edit Subprogram" field
