Bulk Edit, Move and Archive Recipients.

1. Check any checkbox.

Select any checkbox corresponding to the recipient of your choice.

2. Once a checkbox is selected, the 'Bulk Edit', 'Move', and 'Archive' buttons will become visible.

These buttons will only appear if permission sets for that particular user have been appropriately configured.

3. Multiple boxes can be checked

The number on the buttons will increment based on the number of selected recipients. This number reflects the count of recipients that will be impacted by that specific action. For instance, if it reads 'Archive 2', it means that two recipients will be archived.

4. Clicking "Bulk Edit "

Clicking on 'Bulk Edit' will open a drawer allowing you to select which fields you wish to modify.

5. Click "Select Fields to Bulk Edit"

A dropdown of fields will appear.

6. For instance, click on "Child Name".

Selecting the "Child Name" option will provide a text box in which you can enter updates for the chosen field, in this case "Child Name".

7. Click the cancel button.

To close the dialog box, a cancel button is available at the top right corner of the drawer.

8. Clicking the "Move" button.

The 'Move' function allows an administrator to relocate recipients to another program of their choice.

9. When "Move" is clicked a drawer is opened

There is a dropdown menu that enables the administrator to select the most suitable program for the chosen recipients.
