Since you attached your report to either a donor or recipient. It means that your now ready to add the data. For this example were going to form a report for recipients.
Choose the program from which you have recipient or entity that you would want to create a report on.
Click Preview
and choose Report
on the page.
The Report will only show up when you have attached a progress report on either the donors or recipients
Choose the report name that you attached onto the program
You'll be brought onto a page where you'll add the report from.
Click Create New
with the name of the form, and you'll be shown a side bar where you'll fill in the details
When you save you will see that you have added the report
You can click on it to view the data and even edit.
