The 'Program Settings' tab is opened by default. This allows you to configure the sub-programs by attaching program settings, forms, auto emails and progress reports. By default, the recipient form is attached based on the parent program.
If one wishes to edit a sub-program, this tab allows them to do so
Underneath the 'Manage Programs' page, a link to the donor general login page can be found.
To preview the 'Donor General Login' page iframe, click the 'External Link' icon to open a preview drawer.
If you wish to copy the iframe code, click the 'Copy' icon. Below, a preview of the iframe will be visible along with an 'Enable Scrolling' switch. This updates the iframe to allow the page to be scrollable, which is useful if there are many fields in the form.
The "dropdown" icon once clicked provides options on how to import data into a program and delete program option as well.
The 'Status Icon' represents the status of the program configurations based on the attachments of forms, program settings and auto emails. If one of them isn't attached, an information icon will appear to indicate that the program isn't configured properly.
The 'Program Configurations' tab opens by default when the 'Status Icon' is clicked, showing all the configurations needed for the program.
When a form, a program setting and auto email is attached and clicked on, a preview tab will appear at the top for easy previewing of the attached.
On the 'Manage Programs' tab, you'll also find the 'Create a Program' button. This enables you to create a program.
If you wish to create a sub-program under the main program, you need to click the 'Create a subprogram' button.
You will be presented with a drawer on the right.
You place a name onto it and then choose the parent program that you will attach on the sub program.
